Enabling Cloud Dialogs mobile repairs and void management

Welcome to the team at Blackpool Coastal Housing – our fourth site to use the Universal Adapter with Cloud Dialogs mobile solution.

This project has proven to be key to improving accuracy of job costing and voids management. We are continuing to develop interfaces for the whole process, mapping them from initial job log within the housing management system, through Cloud Dialogs including dynamic scheduling and completions for financial closure.

Use of the BPM Toolkit will enhance the interface platform allowing repairs information to be accessible though the self-service portal.
